  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Bhiwandi.

3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Metropolitan Cities:
    Orders are typically delivered within 1-4 business days after processing.
  • Rest of India:
    Orders are typically delivered within 4-7 business days after processing.
  • We ship PAN India, ensuring our products are accessible to customers across the country.

4. International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 7-10 business days to major countries.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking information on the courier company’s website or through the “Track Your Order” section in your UNICORE account.

6. Customs and Import Duties

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
  • UNICORE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order.
  • UNICORE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to address errors will be the customer's responsibility.

8. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@unicore.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide an unboxing video and photos of the damaged product for prompt resolution.
  • Non-Delivery: If a shipment is lost in transit, we will wait for 15 days before reprocessing the order. If the original product is unavailable, we will offer a refund or an alternate product.

9. Undelivered or Unaccepted Orders

  • If an order is undelivered or unaccepted by the customer, the invoice amount (minus shipping charges) will be refunded to the original payment method.
