At UNICORE, we are committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return, exchange, and refund process. Please review the following policy details to understand how we can assist you.

Eligibility for Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  1. Timeframe: You may return, exchange, or request a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Condition of Product
    • The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
    • For hygiene reasons, innerwear, boxers, and similar items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  3. Proof of Condition
    • We strongly recommend recording a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video, ensuring all stickers/labels are intact. This video will serve as proof in case of missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
    • Without video proof, it may be difficult to process your request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Products purchased during clearance sales, BOGO offers, exclusive discounts, or promotional campaigns.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or with specific terms mentioned at the time of purchase.
    • Innerwear, boxers, and other hygiene-related products.

Return and Exchange Process

  1. Reverse Pickup:
    • We provide a free reverse pickup service for eligible products. The product(s) must pass a quality inspection for the return or exchange to be processed.
    • Each order is eligible for two reverse pickup attempts. If the pickup fails twice, you may need to self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse.
  2. Self-Shipment:
    • If your area is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you can self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse. Ensure the package is securely packed with the ORDER ID and registered mobile number clearly mentioned.
    • Share the courier tracking details with our team for seamless processing.
    • Refunds for self-shipped items will include the product cost plus up to INR 100 as reimbursement for courier charges.

Refund Process

  1. Prepaid Orders:
    • Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours after the returned product passes our quality check.
    • You can choose to receive the refund via your original payment method (processed within 7-10 business days) or as wallet credits (credited instantly).
  2. COD Orders:
    • Refunds will be issued as UNICORE Wallet Credits, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. These credits can be used for future purchases on our website or app.
    • COD charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  3. Refund Exclusions:
    • Refunds for purchases made using wallet credits will be issued as credits only.
    • No refunds will be processed for non-returnable items or orders that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Exchange Process

  1. Stock Availability:

    Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can be initiated only once per product.

  2. Instant Exchange:

    If the product(s) pass the quality check during reverse pickup, an instant exchange will be processed.

  3. Self-Shipment for Exchanges:

    If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may need to self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse for the exchange.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

  1. Reporting Timeframe:
    • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.
  2. Resolution:
    • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the issue and product availability.
    • For damaged or empty parcels, do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately.

Cancellations and Modifications

  1. Pre-Dispatch:
    • Orders can be cancelled or modified (e.g., change of address, size, or style) if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

  2. Post-Dispatch:
    • Once the order is dispatched, cancellations or modifications are not possible. You may return the product(s) after delivery, subject to the return policy.

Shipping and Delivery

  2. Processing Time:
    • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and shipped from our warehouse in Bhiwandi.
  3. Delivery Time:
    • Metropolitan areas: 1-4 days after processing.
    • Rest of India: 4-7 days after processing.

    • Ensure the provided bank account details are accurate. UNICORE is not responsible for errors in refund processing due to incorrect details.

    • Customers must take utmost care of the product(s) while they are in their possession.
  3. Color and Size Variations:
    • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen resolutions.

  4. Third-Party Payments:
